- ½ Kg Carrots
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 25 gms (Approx ⅛ Cup) Pluck One Stevia Brown Powder
- Few pieces of halved Cashew (Optional)
- Pinch of Cardamom (Elaichi)
- Wash, peel and grate the carrots using a hand grater. Leave aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a thick bottomed pan on a medium flame. Add Cashews and fry till golden brown.
- Now add the grated carrots and stir well for a minute. You will notice the colour deepening and the carrots getting a sheen. At this stage add milk and make sure to stir well.
- When the milk evaporates, turn the heat to low and add Pluck One Stevia Brown. Mix well.
- Lastly, add the cardamom (Elaichi) and mix in.
- Can be served warm or cold according to preference.
