Magaj Laddoos | Besan Laddoos

Magaj Laddoos (Besan Laddoos using coarse Besan/Gram Flour)

A protein packed sweet treat made healthy using Stevia Brown. This laddoo is a great accompaniment to your meals or even as an in-between meal snack!


500 gms Magaj Laddoo Flour (Coarse Besan/Gram Flour)

750 gms Ghee 

½ Cup Stevia Brown 

Cardamom to taste 


  1. Heat a thick bottomed pan. Turn the heat to low and add ghee.
  2. Once the ghee is heated, roast the Flour making sure to stir constantly.
  3. Stir till the mixture gives off a rich aroma and turns into a golden colour (Do not overcook!)
  4. Remove from heat and spread onto a plate to cool.
  5. Once cool, add Stevia Brown and cardamom (elaichi). Mix well.
  6. Roll out into laddoos using hands.
  7. Store in a dry container. Consume within few days for best taste.
